Information on Baby Yoga

Baby yoga is most suited for babies 12 weeks and over, up until walking

Each class is approx 40 mins.

Baby yoga is a natural progression from baby massage, although you do not need to have attended a baby massage class to attend. Baby yoga follows the principles of yoga including breathing, exercise and relaxation for both mum and baby! Loose clothing is advisable.

Baby yoga has lots of benefits including

  • developing balance
  • developing co-ordination
  • sensory stimulation
  • aiding digestion
  • promotion of better sleep
  • better body awareness
  • fun for baby and mum!

Baby Yoga is an ongoing class that changes with your baby!
